After 2 rounds of The Yarra Courses Interclub, Latrobe is sitting on top of the ladder with 2 dominant 6-1 wins.
The first round was our home match against Heidelberg & on a beautiful sunny day we enjoyed great home course support from a large group of spectators. The team put on a show & made it look easy with only 2 matches getting as far as the 17th.
The 2nd round we played Green Acres at Kew and again had a 6-1 win, although this was a more hard fought win. In a few of the matches the lead changed hands throughout the day, but our players dug deep & grabbed the lead when it counted.
That’s 2 rounds down & 3 to go & the team is excited & very keen to continue their good form.
